What happens when I buy a coupon: When you buy a coupon you will be prompted to print the coupon.

Do I have to print the coupon: You should print the coupon to take to the merchant. It is up to the merchant to honor the coupon if you choose to use your cell phone to show merchant.

Coupon Identity Number: Each coupon bought will have its own identification number that the merchant will be able to keep track of and who will be redeeming the coupons.

Expiration Date: Each coupon will have its own expiration date of the time the coupon will need to be used. It will be up to the merchant to honor the coupon after the expiration date.

What happens if the merchant goes out of business: If the merchant goes out of business before the expiration on the coupon, than Hop In Deals will give a full refund to the customer who purchased the coupon, within 30 days.

Is ID required to redeem the coupon: It is up to each merchant to decide to ask for ID or not when you redeem your coupon. It is up to the merchant to decide to ask for signature when you redeem your coupon.

Is the coupon transferable: Yes the coupon is transferable. You may buy a coupon and give it as a gift.
