General: Hop In Deals L.L.C. takes your privacy very serious and any personal identifying information. The privacy of all Hop In Deals users is important. This Privacy Policy describes how we use the information we obtain when you visit the Hop In Deals site and / or use our products, services offered through the site. By using or accessing our site, you are acknowledging and accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Section 2: How we use your private information

Email address: When you sign up for our mailing list or any other promotion that requires a registration, you will be required to provide a valid email address. We will only use this email address to contact you through the transaction process, or to provide you with emails that you subscribed to or for any purpose that we feel we would need to update you about Hop In Deals. We may contact you occasionally to obtain your feedback on a specific merchant deal. We will not share your email contact information with any third parties. We do not sell our email list to any third parties.

Name: When you purchase a coupon you will be required to provide your full name or the name of the person who will be using it. We only share this information with the merchant listed on the voucher. We will only share your name with the merchant listed on the coupon. Your full name will be used by the merchant to verify that the voucher is valid. The merchant may or may not ask for you to sign the coupon. We also collect your name during the checkout process to verify your credit card payment information.

Financial Information: When you purchase a merchant deal, we ask for your credit card or other payment account information which are maintained by our payment processor. We do not share this information with any third party except the companies responsible for processing our credit card transactions. We do not store your credit card information at Hop In Deals.

The “Sharing” functionality: At times you will be able to share content on our site by using the “share” feature. We do not view , store or sell the specific message that you send through using this feature, but we may record the number of times that particular content is shared.

Your IP address: We may at time collect your IP address. This will help us diagnose problems with our server, administer our site and gather non personal information about our users, and to detect and prevent fraud.

Usage information: Hop In Deals may collect non-personally identifying information about our subscribers. This information is not personal identifiable and will only be used to find out how visitors use our site and use our services. For example, we may view how many times a viewer visits a certain page or from which site the user came from and which links have been used, among other things.

Minors: Hop In deals does not knowingly collect any information from persons under the age of 13. If we determine that any content has been uploaded to the site by someone under the age of 13 will be removed. If you are between the ages of 13 to 18, please advise or ask a parent for permission before using the site and services of Hop In deals.
